We allow individuals to overcome addiction while maintaining daily work, school, and family commitments.

In-Person in Preston Center, 2x Per Week

Our substance use disorder supportive outpatient program (SOP) provides the support and guidance of an intensive outpatient program (IOP) with a less demanding schedule. This makes it ideal for primary addiction treatment, step-down treatment from residential or withdrawal management programs, or step-up treatment from individual or family therapy. Individuals will learn and develop enhanced knowledge, key concepts, and coping skills to help prevent relapse.

Our SOP program is currently out-of-network. We can assist you with submitting for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Facilitated by  Ofelia C. Chapa, MS, LPC-A, LCDC, CDBT

Our Personalized Treatment Plans & Small Group Settings Encourage Long-Term Success

Gain support from peers and a team of expert clinicians while receiving the personalized support that only a small group setting can provide.

Evidence-based Treatment Modalities

All treatment is led by licensed clinicians who utilize an evidence-based curriculum. Our programming incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other psychotherapy modalities.

Individualized Supports & Treatment

Individuals engage in their recovery while gaining the knowledge and tools to support long-term success. Participants learn to manage stress, develop life skills, and rebuild relationships. We also provide medication management.

Convenient for Those with Other Commitments

Twice-weekly programming allows participants to continue to manage their daily life commitments such as family, work, or school making it a good choice for those who cannot commit to a residential program or an intensive outpatient (IOP) program.
