Group therapy can be a helpful form of treatment where clients can relate to one another and obtain support. We encourage a safe and supportive group dynamic, ensuring privacy of your attendance to enhance your treatment process.

The group sessions are usually held once a week for 1 hour. Group therapy can be particularly effective for people who feel isolated or alone in their struggles and who benefit from the opportunity to connect with others who are going through similar challenges.

During group therapy sessions, the therapist may use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help group members work through their issues and develop more effective coping strategies. These techniques can include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, interpersonal therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
