An Evidence-Based Intensive Outpatient Program For Your Teen
In-Person in Preston Center, After School Hours
Our after-school IOPs help adolescents build a sense of meaning and purpose while using evidence-based treatments proven to help teens heal from mental health and co-occurring disorders, including trauma, depression, and anxiety.
We integrate individual, family, and group therapy; psychotherapeutic assessments; and academic coaching/tutoring. Our treatment philosophy is grounded in supporting the full child to improve both their mental health and academic success.
Our IOPs are currently out-of-network. We can assist you with submitting for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Curriculum
We run two IOP programs for adolescents, one for ages 10-13 and another for ages 14-18. Our robust 8-week programs offers…
Individualized Support
After an initial assessment with one of our licensed therapists, we develop a customized treatment plan with supports from a variety of practitioners and with feedback and continuous input from both patient and family
Evidence-Based
All treatment is led by licensed clinicians who utilize an evidenced-based curriculum that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other psychotherapy modalities
ROBUST THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS
With individual, group, and family therapy, our program integrates a full support system to encourage change and build authentic relationships with both parents and peers
Small-Group Support
We keep groups to 8 or fewer participants to facilitate active engagement while enhancing the therapeutic process through building camaraderie, encouraging different perspectives, and holding one another accountable
Pertinent Topics
Therapeutic topics include building coping skills, better understanding oneself, emotional regulation, and other areas of focus that are relevant your child’s specific needs
Targeted Supports
To provide a full support system, each child is paired with a therapist, psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner, and academic coach to develop skills and encourage lasting improvements
